FM Logistic is certified Top Employer 2022

For the 7th consecutive year, FM Logistic is proud to receive Top Employer certification with an overall score of 87.45%, almost 5 points more than in 2021!

This survey is carried out by the Top Employers Institute every year and distinguishes the best employers in the world. To do this, the organization assesses all the HR practices of companies such as talent management, recruitment management, integration, skills development, career management, compensation, etc. In this way, organizations are rewarded that offer a quality work environment, promote the development of talent at all levels and strive to constantly improve their Human Resources practices.

At the same time, the survey conducted by Capital magazine ranked FM Logistic among the 500 best employers in France for the 8th consecutive time. This year, the company took 6th place in the “goods transport and logistics” category. This ranking, produced in the fall of 2021 by the polling agency Statista, is based on surveys of 20,000 employees working in companies with more than 500 employees in France. The processing of the results made it possible to classify the 500 best employers in France, 27 of them belonging to the transport and logistics sector.
