ISO 50001 certification meets FM Logistic’s sustainability priorities. The objective of this standard is to optimise and reduce energy consumption (electricity, gas and diesel), in order to improve the energy efficiency of all company activities.
FM Logistic, the international transport and logistics group with 6 300 employees in France, has been awarded the Top Employer label, which recognises the 89 companies that give priority to their employees in France, for the fifth consecutive year.
In 2020, FM Logistic was awarded an overall Top Employer score of 84%, a clear improvement on the previous year (81% in 2019). Top Employers Institute has thus rewarded the company's improved performance management, compensation and benefits.
Unilever, one of the world leaders in the consumer goods market, and FM Logistic, a leading player in supply chain, have been partners since 1996. Within this framework, Unilever has chosen FM Logistic and its Crépy-en-Valois 2 (60) site to host its Personal Care range. The platform, which has been specially expanded for this purpose, will offer a wide range of services and new technologies to optimally support Unilever and improve the working conditions of its employees.

François Regnier has been appointed Director of Operations for FM Logistic France, a leading international player and recognised as one of the leaders in the logistics, packaging and transport markets in France. Since taking office on 26 August 2019, he reports to the Chief Executive of FM Logistic France, Yannick Buisson.
As a major international provider in the warehousing, transport and packaging industries, FM Logistic France is committed to providing training, employment and integration to political refugees as part of the HOPE project.
This project fits in completely with the company's sustainable development approach, one of the objectives of which is to promote integration through employment. The FM Foundation also supports this project as part of its social works for the professional integration and assistance to children.
Known as a leading international player in the warehousing, transport and packaging industries, FM Logistic signed the Energy and Environmental Efficiency Charter for the tertiary activity park, on Tuesday 4 June 2019, in the presence of Jérôme GATIER, Sustainable Building Plan Manager, on its Escrennes site. With this commitment, FM Logistic reiterates its wish to have ever more effective platforms, combining energy efficiency, environmental compliance and improving the well-being of its employees. As is the case with the newly built Escrennes platform, which has the “NF HQETM for Tertiary Buildings” certification, level Excellent, and which was designed by an FM Logistic Group company called NG Concept, the new platforms combine the highest standards in terms of sustainable construction, and are now working towards the “Sustainable Building HQE” certification.
Eric Duboille has been appointed, as of 18 March 2019, e-commerce Expertise Director for FM Logistic France, a leading international supply chain player. In this role, his mission is to reorganise the IT infrastructure and develop the e-commerce branch of the company to allow customers to access the various e-commerce channels and develop their omnichannel strategy
FM Logistic has obtained ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification across all company sites in France, representing 30 logistics platforms that together employ over 6000 people. It is an honour that highlights FM Logistic’s excellent record over the past several years on improving occupational health and safety, reducing the number of workplace accidents and offering the best quality of life within the company.
This system of managing health and safety, which includes all employees, is fully in line with the group’s sustainable development programme, one main objective of which is to “take care of our workers”.
FM Logistic has been named one of France's top employers for the fourth year running. The company, which employs about 6,000 people in France, received the recognition from the Top Employers Institute in Paris on 5 February, during an event attended by France’s Labour minister Muriel Pénicaud.
