Our customer

A leading retailer of pet food and accessories in France, our client has over 300 shops across the country.

It performs on different distribution channels through its 3 shop formats and its e-commerce website.


Our client’s European B2B and B2C logistics and shipments were operated from Germany. The growth of the French market was very strong and this retailer was looking to improve its customer promise.

Its aim? To create a new warehouse in France grouping all activities (B2B/B2C/Reverse Logistics).

Range of products ? Food, care and accessories for pets.
