I joined FM at the position of warehouseman in long-ago 2004 year. It was my first and the only one working place for this moment. I have started from learning of main processes and procedures, and after 1 year I was promoted to the position of fork-lift driver. I loved my job very much; it was interesting to receive new knowledge about processes and procedures of the new clients. I guess due to my natural curiosity and inquiring mind in June 2006 I was suggested to head the Team on one of our major clients.

In 2009 during absence of Warehouse Manager I was acting his duties for several months. As the part of Project Team I participated in the implementing of radio terminals technologies and in improvement of different warehouse processes, for example project of changing the rack high was performed by my team and me.

When in summer 2010 the work on new cosmetic project started - I was one of the most active participants of the project, mastering new technologies, hiring people in my team, leaning new processes. Now I’m a Team Leader of one of the 2 existing teams on this client, managing directly about 25 people. Also now I have internship for the position of Client Manager and see the big professional future within FM.
